  Yes. We are registered as a Grade A security service provider with PSIRA, operate under the Firearm Control Act for all armed deployments, and maintain ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications. Documentation is available under NDA on request.
• LicensingAre your firearms, vehicles, and equipment compliant?
  Every firearm is licensed to the operator and the company. Response vehicles are roadworthy-certified and equipped with GPS, dash-cams, and body-worn cameras. All equipment is audited quarterly with maintenance logs available to clients.
• VettingHow are your operators vetted before deployment?
  Each operator passes a four-stage screen: criminal and credit background check, psychometric assessment, tactical and firearms competency testing, and a formal interview with operations leadership. Vetting is refreshed annually and after any reportable incident.
• VettingWhat ongoing training do operators receive?
  Continuous training is mandatory: monthly live-scenario drills, quarterly firearms re-qualification, and structured de-escalation, first-aid, and customer-conduct modules. Training records are tracked per operator and auditable.
• ResponseWhat is your average armed response time?
  Under seven minutes across primary response zones, measured from verified alarm to on-site arrival. Times are recorded per incident and reported monthly. Zones outside primary coverage are quoted explicitly during assessment — we do not promise blanket numbers we cannot defend.
• ResponseHow do you avoid false-alarm dispatches?
  Every dispatch requires two-operator authorisation in the control room and, where possible, visual verification via CCTV. This protects clients from unnecessary armed presence and protects communities from response fatigue.
• ProcessWhat happens after I request a security assessment?
  Within one business hour, a senior operator from our assessment desk contacts you to scope the brief. We then schedule a confidential site visit (typically within 48 hours) and deliver a written security plan within five business days — including risk model, recommended controls, and indicative pricing.
• ProcessIs my information kept confidential?
  Yes. All enquiries are handled under strict confidentiality. Site information, principal details, and incident records are encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled internally, and never shared with third parties without written consent.
• ProcessCan you replace an existing security provider without a service gap?
  Yes. Transitions are run as a project: parallel staffing during cutover, formal handover of access credentials and CCTV systems, and a 30-day stabilisation window with daily operations reporting.
